When I first heard about Jenni’s Becoming Bonnie, I couldn’t wait to get my hands on it. Everyone knows the story of Bonnie and Clyde, the dangerously in love duo mentioned in dozens of hip-hop songs. The famed movie based on their life starringWarren Beatty and Faye Dunaway was an iconic staple in film school. Jenni’s book gives an exceptional view into the world of Bonnie before she met Clyde, a life I honestly would have never imagined. If they ever remake the movie (which I’m 100% sure they will), Producers will no doubt use this as a reference to give Bonnie Parker the depth she deserves. CONGRATS Jenni on this tremendous accomplishment! You work hard AF to make this baby a star!
