Karma has perfectly captured those feelings of intense love in the beginning of relationships in the flashbacks of Tegan and Gabe’s relationship, as well as the overwhelming grief caused by tragic circumstances (like losing a pregnancy). The alternating between flashbacks and present time create an emotional rollercoaster that keeps you flipping pages wanting more.
2. You can travel the globe without leaving home. Much like EAT, PRAY, LOVE, Karma takes us on a wild adventure with Tegan and Gabe as they travel to Thailand, Italy and Hawaii trying to escape their grief and mend their relationship.
