Existential Ennui (or where is Danielle’s Daily Routine?) by Deb Danielle Younge-Ullman

My daily routine is having a crisis. It is not quite sure whether it even exists, which makes this an existential crisis. It needs therapy, vitamins, feng shui or possibly a cleanse of some kind. (But not the colonic kind, please.) Seriously, I am not the most regimented of people, though you’d think having first a dog and then adding a child, would have forced it upon me by now….

Deb Danielle’s Debut FALLING UNDER Soars, by Deb Jess

I read an early copy of Danielle Younge-Ullman’s debut novel Falling Under on my computer last winter. I usually dislike reading so much on-screen, as I have wonky eyes that are quick to redden after too much pixilated exposure. But with Falling Under? I could. Not. Stop. Reading. I found myself wanting to both savor the story and race ahead to see how things ended for Mara, a deeply conflicted…

Toronto, San Francisco, Toronto, New York, Toronto…whew! by Deb Danielle Younge-Ullman

Hello lovely friends, readers and fellow debs, I am in New York, having just turned around from my trip to San Francisco. I’m tired already but having a blast! And I hugely appreciate all the wonderful words from you all about Falling Under. I’m short on time and writing genius, so I hope you’ll forgive me for posting some pictures! (Figured out how to work the alternate uploader doo-hicky–with much…

Our Own Little Thespian by Deb Jenny

I had the wonderful good fortune of having attended Danielle’s first signing this past week at a lovely little book store in San Francisco. We were by then a few days into the fabulous RWA National conference, and I was feeling pretty exhausted by that evening. As we settled into our chairs I worried for a minute that I wouldn’t be able to keep my eyes open, I was that…

Danielle Younge-Ullman’s FALLING UNDER debut by Deb Gail

It is with enormous pleasure and great honor that I kick off Danielle Younge-Ullman’s FALLING UNDER debut week at The Debutante Ball. I loved FALLING UNDER from the very first page when the book pulled me in and under and never let me go until the end. Danielle writes with the kind of surefootedness that made this reader unable to put the book down… I kid you not. She chooses…

Earlier tonight (I’m writing this VERY late and nobody’s happy about that, esp with a great big king sized…

No Beaching for Me! by Deb Danielle Younge-Ullman

I’m not a beach girl–at least, not a lying-on-the-beach girl. Due to being horribly pale, prone to heat rashes, freckles and sunburns that, unlike other people’s sunburns which turn into tans, simply peel away, leaving me back where I started, I have a hard time enjoying the beach. It’s like being Cinderella at the ball, but without the fun part of going to the dance in the glass slippers and…
