News from the 2018 Debs:
Lara Lillibridge resorted to duct tape after spending many hours trying to glue together a turtle menorah that refused to stay glued. (The lizard was much easier to deal with.)
To unwind, she took her kids downtown to see Santa.
Kimmery Martin wishes to report good news and bad news. The bad: various stupid viruses have taken over her household all month, rendering her feeble and useless. The good: a really nice review of The Queen of Hearts in Publishers Weekly just came out.
Julie Clark is frantically trying to get everything ready for Christmas, which somehow went from months away to next weekend.
Kaitlyn Sage Patterson is racing to meet her Goodreads challenge by the end of the year.
Cass Morris is still slaying her copy edits and counting down the days till she can go home for Christmas.
See you next week when we talk about “writing caves”—the places we go to get the words down.
