News from the Class of 2019 Debs:
K.A. Doore had Christmas come early when she got to see cover comps for her second book this week! Now she’s going to take a well-deserved week off while visiting fam’ in Florida.
Devi S. Laskar definitely had Christmas come early when she learned that Fleet Books, an imprint of Little, Brown UK, will publish her novel in the U.K. and Commonwealth countries, February 2019 for the ebook and paperback and June for the hardcover — this means her family and friends in India and Australia will get to read her book!
Layne Fargo is off from her day job for the rest of the year! Time to kick back and relax! (…lol just kidding she’ll be working on her 2nd book proposal the whole time, but maybe with some Christmas cookie writing fuel).
Stephanie Jimenez is so excited for Christmas to be over. (YEA MAYBE I’M A SCROOGE).
Martine Fournier Watson has finally–FINALLY–finished a readable draft of the dreaded second book. It now goes out to beat readers, so wish her luck! |
See you next week when we blog about our favorite books of 2018.
Congratulations. Happy 2019!
