From the 2016 Debs:

Louise Miller had a blast brainstorming questions for THE CITY BAKER’S GUIDE TO COUNTRY LIVING’s Reading Guide. It was fun and strange to think of her book from the point of view of a reader! And she is absolutely THRILLED that THE CITY BAKER’S GUIDE was chosen as one Refinery29’s 20 Perfect Books For Your Summer Vacay!

Jennifer S. Brown had a crazy busy week that started with a visit with the Not Your Typical Book Club, where she had great food, great wine, and an amazing conversation that imagined her characters way into the future. She Skyped into book groups in Ohio and (wait for it) Japan! She had more fabulous drinks and conversation with a book group in a wine bar in Boston. She’s now preparing for yet another trip to New York (not that she’s complaining–trips to New York are always a welcome event).

Heather Young did no writing, but both her kids went to the Junior-Senior Prom, and that was a MOMent for the ages.

Abby Fabiaschi warns y’all that her updates over the next month will be boring. She is packing and planning and dealing with mounds of paperwork for her family’s upcoming move north. It’s not fun. It’s not sexy. But it has to happen.

Aya de Leon got her first review from Library Journal, and is starting to freak out just a bit.

Beautifully deigned word clouds of poets!
