K.A. Doore is glad it’s finally May and the flowers are flowering, the leaves leafing, and the birds birding.
Devi S. Laskar is at the Bay Area Book Festival today in Berkeley. She’ll be on the 10a panel “No Happy Endings, No Easy Answers: Seeking Truth Through Trauma” with Kiese Laymon and Lacy M. Johnson and later, moderating the 3:15p panel, “On 21st Century Mothering” with Vanessa Hua, Lydia Kiesling and Dani McClain. Thanks to SheWrites for featuring The Atlas of Reds and Blues, and for the guest editor spot for the month of May.
