Deb Dish – What do you like most about spring?

Deb Amy: Sun. There just hasn’t been a lot of that in Chicago this winter. It won’t really warm up here until May or even June, but just seeing the sun will brighten my days! Spring does mean sun, right?

Deb Dana: More hours of daylight, the fresh/dewy smell of the air, asparagus and rhubarb. In other words: spring can’t come soon enough!

Deb Kerry: Green. There are colors of green around this place in spring that make it look like Hollywood’s been hanging out with paintbrushes and touch up colors. It always feels like magic when the leaves come out and the grass replaces the snow.

Deb Susan: Flowers. I love watching the bulbs push green shoots up through the ground, and seeing the roses sprout new leaves and buds. The daffodils in my garden bloomed this week, and it made me happy to see their sunny faces!

Your Turn!! What’s your favorite thing about springtime?
