This week we’re blogging about second novels. I don’t have a whole lot to say because, well, my second novel is on hold at the moment. I completed a draft of it earlier this year, and have been rewriting and revising ever since. But even with the input of my agent, editor, and beta readers, I’m still not sure if this is the novel I want to go out with…

Today we have guest author Erin Celello here at the Debutante Ball! Erin is the author of two novels, Miracle Beach and Learning to Stay, which was nominated for a 2013 PEN/Faulkner award. After spending nearly a decade in political communications, she is now an assistant professor of creative writing at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
