Thanks for the great comments. Although I do a lot of things pretty well with my left hand, one of them is NOT writing. Victor flipped that photo so that y’all couldn’t read what I was writing! I am using the picture of me reading with the white cat. I jokingly asked my editor if I could use the Fishnets & Gumboots (part of a series of photos he’s doing called that) and she said, “Well, I love it, but I’ll have to check.” 🙂 I love the quilt photo myself, but it looks like an author photo for a very deep memoir, don’t you think? I’m saving it for when I write one! Haha!

Your writer’s hands NEED to be featured somewhere, Joelle. And, though all are jaw-dropping gorgeous, the cat is a classic.
These are wonderful photos, Joelle! I don’t know if I can choose a favorite. The polka-dotted boots one is fab, but so is the swimming one. They’re all just unique and beautiful. You’re a lovely person, so whichever you choose will be great!
You already know how much I love the fishnets and the gumboots. Somehow that mix of sassy and practical fits you to a tee.
