For some crazy reason, Lisa Alber decided to go on one of those gluten-free, everything-free cleanses. Withdrawing from bad carbs — call her Cranky Pants! But she perked up when her blog post was mentioned on the Poets&Writers daily news here.

Natalia Sylvester is the best kind of exhausted after a whirlwind trip to NYC. Between visiting her editor’s office and attending the Comadres y Compadres Writers Conference, she’s going to need an extra suitcase for all the books she’s bringing home.

Heather Webb launched her sparkly new author website this week and gave away two copies of BECOMING JOSEPHINE to her lovely commentors.
