From the 2012 Debs…
Deb Joanne would like to know how it got to be March 11 already? Seriously? Where is the time going? Oh now and I just lost an hour. Thank you, daylight savings time. Pfffpppttt.
Deb Erika is going to be at Park Road Books this Thursday night at 7pm in Charlotte, NC and she’d love to see any (and all!) of our wonderful friends there who can make it!
Deb Linda reached another milestone on the publication path — first pass pages! Now she’s seen what In a Fix is going to look like all typeset and shiny, just like a real book, and can’t seem to stop staring at the copyright page.
Past Deb News
Deb Tiffany (whose novel THE GILLY SALT SISTERS releases this week on March 14th!) and Deb Friends Sarah McCoy, Kristina McMorris, Diana Gabaldon and Tayari Jones are among the presenters at the Tucson Festival of Books this weekend. Wish we could be there!
Deb Sarah Jio has cooked up some great ideas for a tropical THE BUNGALOW-themed book party. Yum! Sign us up please!
Deb Sarah Pekkanen announced that ELLE magazine put reading THESE GIRLS on its “must-do” list for April–AND her first novel THE OPPOSITE OF ME has just gone into its eighth printing! Congratulations, Sarah!
Deb Dish – Talking cabin fever, what book are you holed up with this weekend?
Deb Joanne – besides the one I’m writing that might just kill me? (I’m kidding–it will take down my whole family, not just me). I have an ARC of Jennifer Shaw Wolf’s YA, BREAKING BEAUTIFUL that I can’t wait to get into.
Deb Erika doesn’t want to gloat–okay, maybe a little–but she’s starting Deb Molly’s THE PRINCESSES OF IOWA. Can I get a squee? *Squeeee!!!*
Deb Linda is squee-ing along Deb Erika, because she’s starting Deb Molly’s THE PRINCESSES OF IOWA, too! So far, soooooo good!
