News from the 2017 Debs

Tiffany Jackson turned in her second novel and can’t wait to tackle her to-be-read pile. If you missed her LIVE Bustle book chat, you can watch it here!

Crystal King has been working on book 2, interviewing with various news outlets about FEAST OF SORROW and had the chance to see her friend KELLY J. FORD launch her wonderful new novel COTTONMOUTHS.

Amy Poeppel has had a very bookish week! Sunday was her writers’ group, Monday was the launch for Grant Ginder’s THE PEOPLE WE HATE AT THE WEDDING (an awesome, fun summer read), Tuesday was a live bustle.com book club chat at the Strand Bookstore with our own Tiffany Jackson, and Wednesday was a dinner out with writers. Other than the evening fun, Amy has been editing, editing, editing, often in pajamas.

Lynn K. Hall wants to say hi from the Colorado trails. (What’s a “key-board?”)

Jenni L. Walsh is (for real, 100%, got to) hunkering down in her writing cave. Her deadlines are approaching (too fast!). Send cookies.

Author: Amy Poeppel

Amy Poeppel grew up in Dallas, Texas and left the south to attend Wellesley College. Since then, she has worked as an actor, a high school English teacher, and most recently as the Assistant Director of Admissions at a school in New York City. Her three fabulous boys are all off in Boston attending school, and she and her husband now split their time between New York and Frankfurt, Germany. A theatrical version of SMALL ADMISSIONS was workshopped at the Actors Studio Playwrights/Directors Unit. She later expanded it into her first novel.
