From the 2012 Debs…

Deb Joanne is gearing up for her official launch and will be doing her very first reading/signing/sweating/handwringing event at the Yorkdale Indigo in Toronto on July 7 at noon. If you’re in the area, feel free to drop by, otherwise, meditative vibes and ‘please don’t pee yourself’ well wishes are appreciated. Also, the following week is the official launch party for SMALL MEDIUM AT LARGE where there will be cupcakes and lots of Levys assembled.

Deb Erika has been in Maine and offline for so much of this week, but is SO excited for Deb Joanne’s launch week and has been truly escaping through Deb Linda’s IN A FIX.

Deb Linda has been trying to stay cool in the horrendous heatwave. The coolest thing she can think of is Deb Joanne’s launch this week–wheeee!!

Past Deb News

Deb Tawna’s GETTING DUMPED was mentioned in the Wall Street Journal. Read the article here!

Deb Dish – In honor of Deb Joanne’s launch week, which character did you want to be when you were a young reader?

Deb Joanne I used to pretend I was Aslan from The Chronicles of Narnia. I even borrowed my friend’s winter boots (see picture) to bound around in. They seem more like Sasquatch feet than lion paws, now that I think about it, but yeah, I was an imaginative kid.

Deb Erika Oh, so many to choose from! I might say Nancy Drew or our beloved Anne with an E (except for the years of distress in the orphanage, of course–although Gilbert Blythe’s affections did make up for a lot ;))

Deb Molly I wanted to be Stacey, but worried that I was more of a Mary Anne. Or worse — Mallory. Ugh.

Deb Linda Easy-peasy. I wanted to be Trixie Belden. What girl wouldn’t want to be an amateur sleuth whose best friend is the daughter of a millionaire, and who has ready access to horses? It was my idea of heaven.
