News from the Class of 2019 Debs:

K.A. Doore had an amazing time at Sirens 2018 discussing women and magic in Science Fiction & Fantasy. Now she just has to survive the flight home.
Devi S. Laskar is trying to distract herself from a terrible cold by reading a couple of good books (and drinking tea).
Layne Fargo got to see the final design for her Advanced Reader Copies, and they’re so gorgeous, she’s still swooning! Speaking of swooning, she also got to see her favorite band, Nine Inch Nails, perform in Chicago this weekend.
Stephanie Jimenez received exciting news about They Could Have Named Her Anything…. but she can’t share it yet! She’s also REALLY looking forward to Halloween and is going to find a way to incorporate Halloween photos into her Thursday blog post this week because her costume is too good to not do that.
Martine Fournier Watson is working on some questions for a reader’s club guide for The Dream Peddler, which is super fun and also much trickier than she thought it would be!

See you next week when we blog about facing our writing fears.
