Does a Ladder Matter?

Friday, January 4, 2019

It’s coming home to me how often I start these posts with some comment about how I “don’t really do” whatever the topic of the week happens to be. I don’t live life with balance, I don’t dispense advice, I don’t blah blah blah. So let me hit you with a big surprise: I don’t do New Year’s resolutions. Truly, I don’t know that I’ve ever heard…

2018: Hope is like the sun

Monday, January 1, 2018

Happy New Year! For us Debs that means… our year is here! At last! This is both exciting and, well, terrifying. I signed with my agent in January, sold THE CITY BAKER’S GUIDE TO COUNTRY LIVING (and a second book!) in March, and to several other foreign publishers in the spring. I spent the summer revising…

For Deb Kerry New Year Means New Book

In December of last year I was gifted with a brand new agent and my first ever publishing deal. This was pretty much the best Christmas present ever. It also meant that at New Year’s I was waiting on editorial comments for BETWEEN, and beginning to write Book Two, now affectionately known as WAKEWORLD. The days have flown by, and now here we are again, ready to ring in 2013….
