News Flash: Debut week, Next Books & a Giveaway!

newsCongratulations to Beth, winner of guest author Gail Nall’s BREAKING THE ICE & YOU’RE INVITED!

Check back next Sunday for this week’s winner of former Deb and guest author Lori Rader-Day’s LITTLE PRETTY THINGS …

Thank you to all who submitted applications to become part of the Deb Class of 2016! We’ll announce the new class in early August!

From the 2015 Debs:

Colleen Oakley’s paperback for BEFORE I GO came out Tuesday! She also got to see the Korean edition for the first time ever. (Insert Korean exclamation here.)

Amy E. Reichert is in the final stages of Launch Party planning (which really means she’s making a lot of lists), trying to get sleep and failing, and is getting sick of talking about her self — but that won’t end anytime soon as she will be on The Morning Blend, a local morning talk show on Tuesday morning! Keep an eye on the internet next week, as she’ll have guest posts everywhere!

Karma Brown is in brainstorming mode with the team at MIRA for the perfect title for book 2 … which now has a pub date — July 2016! So between the release of COME AWAY WITH ME and gearing up to get book 2 shiny and ready for shelves, it’s going to be a busy year. *pours herself another cup of coffee & offers cheers to Amy, whose book baby celebrates its birthday on TUESDAY!*

Sona Charaipotra is on a two-week writing retreat — at home — and resisting the urge to clean instead of write. She’s also got a super-fun event at McNally Jackson this Thursday, if you’re in NYC!

Shelly King is still working on novel #2. Sigh.

The following two tabs change content below.
Karma Brown is the author of COME AWAY WITH ME (MIRA/Harlequin, September 2015), an emotional story of one woman’s discovery that life is still worth living, even if it’s not the life you planned. Karma is also a National Magazine award-winning journalist, and lives outside Toronto, Canada, with her family and their mischievous labradoodle puppy, Fred.
